Bradley spent six years in brand management at Procter & Gamble in Cincinnati, Ohio, later founding 20/20 Research, a marketing research and consulting firm. His first client was LensCrafters, a startup optical retailing company that ultimately became part of Luxottica Group, Italy. He sold 20/20 Research and joined LensCrafters in a marketing and international development role and remained with LensCrafters/Luxottica for the remaining 24 years of his career, rising to the leadership of the $5 billion North American retail business, responsible for 5,000 retail stores and 35,000 associates. He retired to Auburn in 2013.
Bradley currently serves on the Gogue Center Development Council. He served as the co-chair for the Harbert College of Business campaign committee. He is a member of the 1856 Society Founders Circle, Petrie Society, Athletics All-American Society, and James E. Foy Loyalty Society.
He and his wife, Laura, have three children, all Auburn graduates.
