Bradley spent six years in brand management at Procter & Gamble in Cincinnati, Ohio, later founding 20/20 Research, a marketing research and consulting firm. His first client was LensCrafters, a startup optical retailing company that ultimately became part of Luxottica Group, Italy. He sold 20/20 Research and joined LensCrafters in a marketing and international development role and remained with LensCrafters/Luxottica for the remaining 24 years of his career, rising to the leadership of the $5 billion North American retail business, responsible for 5,000 retail stores and 35,000 associates. He retired to Auburn in 2013.
Bradley serves as the co-chair for the Harbert College of Business campaign committee and serves on the Business Advisory Council. He is a member of the 1856 Society, Petrie Society, and James E. Foy Loyalty Society.
He and his wife, Laura, have three children, all Auburn graduates.
