Casey graduated from Auburn in 1983 with a bachelor’s degree in international trade and spent her 30-year career in financial services. She is a retired senior vice president with Dreyfus Investments, a wholly owned subsidiary of BNY Mellon Wealth Management, and represents 19 institutional asset management firms located within the United States, Europe, and Asia. Prior to her work at Dreyfus Investments, Casey held vice presidential positions with Nuveen Investments and Putnam Investments.

She has earned the certified financial planner (CFP) designation and remains a fully licensed financial professional, a member of the Financial Planning Association and past member of the Stock and Bond Club of Fort Lauderdale. Casey has served on the Dreyfus Regional Consultant Advisory Council and was selected for the Bank of New York Mellon Chairman’s Circle.

She is a member of Auburn’s 1856 Society, Petrie Society, and the James E. Foy Loyalty Society. She serves on the Advisory Council for the Raymond J. Harbert College of Business. Casey is married to Bob Kneeley, and her stepdaughter graduated from Auburn’s Harbert College of Business.
