Belluchie graduated from Auburn in 1983 with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. She has more than 20 years’ experience in operations and management of government contracting companies and is currently the managing member of FedCap Partners, LLC, a private equity fund she started with her husband. The fund invests in companies focused on the U.S. intelligence community, cyber security, and energy.

Previously, she was the senior vice president and chief marketing officer for Serco-NA (formerly SI International, Inc.), a $1.3 billion division of Serco, Inc. Prior to Serco-NA, she served as a partner in the National Intelligence Agencies division of IBM Federal and president and CEO of the Teradata Government Systems division of NCR Corporation. She also held various operational and business development positions at Computer Sciences Corporation, including vice president of Business Development for the Enforcement Security & Intelligence business unit.

Belluchie serves on the Research Advisory Board, Engineering Council, and the Engineering Strategic Leadership Team. She previously served on the campaign committees for the Samuel Ginn College of Engineering and the Office of the Vice President for Research.

She is a member of the 1856 Society Legacy Circle, Petrie Society, Engineering Keystone Society, Ginn Society Ramsay Circle, and James E. Foy Loyalty Society.

She is married to J. Richard Knop.
