Faulk earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Auburn in 1996 followed by a master’s degree in mechanical engineering in 1999. She serves as senior vice president of Sustainability and Environmental Affairs for Alabama Power Company. In this role she is responsible for Alabama Power’s environmental strategy and compliance while overseeing the company’s sustainability and environmental stewardship initiatives.

Faulk serves as a founding and executive committee member of the Samuel Ginn College of Engineering’s 100+ Women Strong, the Auburn Alumni Engineering Council, and the Cupola Engineering Society. She previously served on the campaign committee for the College of Engineering during Because This is Auburn — A Campaign for Auburn University and the Mechanical Engineering Advisory Council. In 2018, Faulk was named Auburn’s Mechanical Engineering Alumna of the Year. She is a life member of the Auburn Alumni Association.

Faulk is a member of Auburn’s 1856 Society, Petrie Society, Foy Society (20 Years), and the Engineering Ginn Society.
