Tee Green is a seasoned technology executive, entrepreneur, and strategic advisor with more than two decades of experience building, scaling, and leading high-growth companies. He is the former Executive Chairman and CEO of Greenway Health™, where he served in leadership roles since the company’s founding in 1998. During his tenure, Tee led six capital raises totaling $87.5M, guided the company through a $77M IPO, and ultimately oversaw Greenway’s $644M privatization with Vista Equity Partners.

A recognized authority on healthcare reform and business strategy, Tee has contributed to multiple academic and research publications and is a trusted advisor to executives across technology-driven industries. A serial entrepreneur, he has founded and supported companies across a wide range of sectors and currently serves on several technology and services boards.

At 121G, Tee focuses on helping founders and C-suite leaders turn innovation into scalable, fundable businesses. He plays a hands-on role in shaping corporate strategy, leadership development, capital formation, and board governance, while supporting 121G’s broader mission to deliver end-to-end services including product and software development, data and AI solutions, go-to-market strategy, marketing, and operational execution. Through this work, Tee helps organizations not only build great technology, but also the structure, culture, and momentum needed for long-term success.

Green earned a bachelor’s degree in management from Auburn University in 1994. He is the Chairman and CEO for 121G in Carrollton, Georgia.
