Arnold earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Auburn University in 1988 and master’s degree in business administration from Georgia State University in 1991. He is the President and CEO for LPL Financial in San Diego, California.

Arnold is a member of the Engineering Eagle Society, the 1856 Society, and the Foy Society (10 Years).
